2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and improve our service
Process your video content and answer your questions
Send important service updates (no marketing emails without consent)
Provide customer support when you request help
Analyze usage patterns to improve the product (aggregated, not individual)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Stash LM:

Google OAuth: For secure authentication (we receive your email and name)
OpenAI: For transcription and text embeddings (your video transcripts are processed)
Anthropic: For AI-powered analysis and Q&A (your content is sent to generate insights)
YouTube: For fetching video captions and metadata

Important: Your video content and questions are sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not control how they handle data beyond their stated policies.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers
All connections use HTTPS encryption
Passwords are never stored (we use OAuth)
Only authorized administrators can access user data for support purposes
