By using Stash LM ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Stash LM is a tool that helps you extract insights from YouTube videos and organize your video knowledge. The Service uses AI to transcribe, analyze, and answer questions about video content.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
One person may not maintain multiple accounts

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Process content you don't have rights to use
Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
Circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service
Attempt to access other users' data
Use the Service for any illegal purpose

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of your content (projects, notes, bookmarks)
You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service
You are responsible for the content you process through our Service
We may remove content that violates these terms

Note: Video content you process is sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) for analysis. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. Do not process videos containing sensitive personal information unless you are authorized to do so.

5. AI-Generated Content

Disclaimer: AI-generated insights and answers may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, or other critical decisions. Always verify important information from original sources.

AI outputs are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
AI may occasionally produce incorrect or misleading information

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription
Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and code are our intellectual property
You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect you to do the same

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Upon termination, your data will be deleted (subject to legal retention requirements)

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
