What channel URL formats work?
We support all YouTube channel URL formats: youtube.com/@username, youtube.com/channel/UCxxxx, youtube.com/c/customname, and youtube.com/user/username. You can also just type @username directly.
How is the grade calculated?
The channel grade is an AI-generated assessment based on multiple factors: posting consistency, view-to-subscriber ratio, engagement rates, content strategy quality, and growth trajectory. It compares your metrics against typical benchmarks for channels of similar size in your niche.
How many videos does it analyze?
We analyze the 20 most recent videos on the channel. This gives us a good picture of current content strategy, posting frequency, and performance trends without using excessive API calls.
Can I compare two channels?
Not directly in this tool, but you can analyze two channels separately and share the results. Results are cached for 24 hours, so re-analyzing the same channel is instant. Use the "Copy Share Link" button to save or send any analysis.
Is there a rate limit?
You can run up to 3 fresh analyses per day. However, previously analyzed channels are served from cache instantly and do not count toward your daily limit. Cache lasts for 24 hours, so popular channels are always fast.
Can I share my analysis?
Yes! After an analysis completes, click "Copy Share Link" to get a shareable URL. Anyone with the link can view the analysis. You can also export it as a PDF using the "Export PDF" button. Shared links remain available as long as the cache is active (24 hours).
